TENDER FOR THE SELECTION OF A BIDDER FOR THE SALE OF  SCRAP METAL AND DECOMISSIONED FUEL TRANSPORTATION UNITS IN SCRAP

Competent bidders interested in participating in the tender to submit a Letter of Expression of Interest.

This tender includes the selection of the best bidder in relation to two sections, i.e.:

1. for the sale of the scrap metal (dismantled material),

2. for the sale Jugopetrol's decommissioned fuel transport units in scrap.

Companies interested in participating in the tender should send a Letter of Expression of Interest to the e-mail address:  procurement@jugopetrol.co.me no later than 27 November 2025 until 16:00h, where companies can apply for one of the sections or for both.

The said letter should also include:

• Name, position and contact information of the person who will be the contact person of the interested company in the tender
• Proof of holding of licenses with codes

After the evaluation of the received letters of interest, the companies selected by JUGOPETROL will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure. A detailed specification of requested services will be provided in the tender documents that will be circulated only to the companies selected.

All submitted Letters of Expression of Interest shall remain confidential.

JUGOPETROL AD reserves the right to cancel this Request for Expressions of Interest and the right not to proceed with the tender at any moment and for any reason without incurring any liability, not to take into consideration any or all Letters of Expression of Interest and to disregard any deficiencies in submitted Letters of Expression of Interest and invite to the tender only the companies that it deems qualified at its own discretion.
