National Philanthropy Award for Jugopetrol AD
The "ISKRA" philanthropy awards were presented at a ceremony organized on Friday, January 29th. The jury for the awarding of prizes and recognitions made the decision to award three prizes, one special prize and five special recognitions for 2020.
Jugopetrol AD, EKO service stations, won the Award for Contribution at the National Level for numerous socially responsible projects that organized last year, and of which the following were mentioned at the ceremony: donation of 40,000 euros for the purchase of two ventilators during the first wave of the epidemic, material assistance for the socially vulnerable in which employees also participated by donating a total of over 20 tons of aid packages worth over 20,000 euros to the socially vulnerable, fuel donation for the Montenegrin Red Cross 8,000 euros, donation for Rimski square in the amount of 28,000 euros, donation of 8 TV sets to the Children's Home Mladost as well as school supplies for children, donation of blood from employees, scholarship for two Master students, donation of New Year's gifts for children at the Institute for Children's Diseases during the winter holidays, and many more projects.
This award is one of the most important recognition for the continuous socially responsible work, results and contribution to the society.
