Potential buyers (companies/individuals) interested in participating in the tender to submit a Letter of Expression of Interest.
Interested potential buyers should send a Letter of Expression of Interest to the e-mail address: procurement@jugopetrol.co.meno later than 30 July 2025 until 15:00h.
The said letter should also include:
The name and contact details of the person who will serve as the contact representative of the interested buyer during the tender process.
After the evaluation of the received letters of interest, the selected buyers will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure. A detailed specification will be provided in the tender documents that will be circulated only to the selected buyers.
All submitted Letters of Expression of Interest shall remain confidential.
JUGOPETROL AD reserves the right to cancel this Request for Expressions of Interest and the right not to proceed with the tender at any moment and for any reason without incurring any liability, not to take into consideration any or all Letters of Expression of Interest and to disregard any deficiencies in submitted Letters of Expression of Interest and invite to the tender only the potential buyers that it deems qualified at its own discretion.
