REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

TENDER FOR THE SELECTION OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR PROVISION OF CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL WORKS IN 9 (NINE) PETROL STATIONS OF JUGOPETROL AD

Competent bidders to submit Letters of Expression of Interest to participate in the tender.


Companies interested in participating in the tender should send a Letter of Expression of Interest to the e-mail address: JugopetrolProcurementDepartment@jugopetrol.co.me no later than 21 December 2023 until 15:00h. The said letter should also include the name, position and contact details of the person that will serve as the company’s contact person in the tender. 


After the evaluation of the received letters of interest, the companies selected by JUGOPETROL will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure. A detailed specification of requested services will be provided in the tender documents that will be circulated only to the companies selected.


All submitted Letters of Expression of Interest shall remain confidential.


JUGOPETROL AD reserves the right to cancel this Request for Expressions of Interest and the right not to proceed with the tender at any moment and for any reason without incurring any liability, not to take into consideration any or all Letters of Expression of Interest and to disregard any deficiencies in submitted Letters of Expression of Interest and invite to the tender only the companies that it deems qualified at its own discretion.
