Competent bidders interested in participating in the tender to submit a Letter of Expression of Interest.

Companies interested in participating in the tender should send a Letter of Expression of Interest to the e-mail address:  procurement@jugopetrol.co.me

no later than Septemeber 4^th, 2026 until 3 p.m.

The said letter should also include:

• Basic information about the company, including company name, headquarters address, number of full-time employees;
• Information about the company's resources (personnel and technical) and the corresponding valid licenses;
• Name, position and contact information of the person who will be the contact person of the interested company in the tender.

 After the evaluation of the received letters of interest, the companies selected by JUGOPETROL AD will be contacted and invited to participate in the procedure. A detailed specification of requested services will be provided in the tender documents that will be circulated only to the companies selected.

All submitted Letters of Expression of Interest shall remain confidential.

JUGOPETROL AD reserves the right to cancel this Request for Expressions of Interest and the right not to proceed with the tender at any moment and for any reason without incurring any liability, not to take into consideration any or all Letters of Expression of Interest and to disregard any deficiencies in submitted Letters of Expression of Interest and invite to the tender only the companies that it deems qualified at its own discretion.
