Mr Tripko Krgovic, member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, informed the Issuer that through CKB custody he acquired shares of the Issuer designated ISIN MEJGPKRA0KO1:
2000 shares at the price of 12.3 EUR on 19.12.2022.
